Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, please email info@insidethoughts.com.au with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for returning. You are responsible for the cost of return. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been accepted. Any returned items deemed not to be in their original condition are subject to being denied.

If accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. *Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted.

 

Exchanges

If you require a different size/item, you will need to place a new order and request a return for your other item. A refund will then be issued following the process outlined in our return policy.
