Return & Exchange Policy
Because all Inside Thoughts products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us at info@insidethoughts.com.au within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free reprint or store credit at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
- Minor variations in print placement (within standard tolerance)
- Items reported outside the 14-day claim window
- Damage caused after delivery
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@insidethoughts.com.au and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
